It is time to sing A New Song Of Victory because of the finished work of Jesus Christ, the One Who is solely worthy and eminently qualified to take the scroll and open its seals (Revelation 5:9-10). Jesus Christ redeemed us by His Blood, and He shed His blood seven times:

Now, you may ask: How do we explain these exceptions to the rule? The Bible says in Genesis 18:25 that God is the Judge of the whole world and He is righteous. Indeed, there’s a song of Moses in Deuteronomy 32:3-4 which says God is faithful without injustice. However, because the spiritual controls the physical, a spiritual act will trigger a physical reward.

If God Promised, Get Ready for It by Pastor James Bamidele Sturdivant
The word promise comes from a Latin word called 'promittere' which means to send beforehand or to go forward. 'Pro' means forward, and 'mittere' means to send. Literally, a promise is something that is spoken in your now but speaks to your next. Once you have a promise, you are no longer confined to the limitations of where you are. A promise is a vow, an indication that a successful prospect or future can happen. A promise is also what gives you hope and makes you believe that something better is coming.

A New Song for A New Level by Pastor James Bamidele Sturdivant
The phrase "a New Song” is a statement of transition. It implies that there must have been an old song; and something happened that caused the old song to no longer be necessary, but for something new to be sung. Whenever you hear the concept of a New Song, it is making reference to something having a greater capacity to bring something forward (Matthew 9:17).

It Happened To Me 15 By Pastor Idowu Iluyomade
In our studies of Psalm 91:7, we learnt that even though calamities may be happening all around us, God has set boundaries and limits to prevent such calamities from coming near us. In continuation, verse 8 says “Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.”

This is good news that is so exhilarating, as it means no more lamentations or grumbling and no more singing of dirges or old songs. I welcome you into a new season and a new dawn of success, promotion, wholeness and fulfilment of dreams. Hallelujah!

This is a month of a New Song and from what God has been teaching us we know that even though some bad things are happening we will not be partakers or suffer any loss. This is a good way for God to usher us into the Month of New Song because when people around us are singing songs of sadness or calamity, our song will be different in Jesus name (Job 22:29, Isaiah 60:2). God says it doesn’t matter what is going on in our countries, cities, streets, families; our story will be different in Jesus Mighty Name.

In our studies of Psalm 91:7, we learnt that calamities may be happening around us but God singles us out to protect us. We saw cases of near misses where people escaped death by the whiskers. The Bible says a thousand may A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you but verse 8 says “ONLY with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.”
