One of the ways one can receive the reward of the righteous without doing anything to deserve it is when you experience the favour and love of God. There are various types of love – logical, Eros, Philia, Philautia, etc. There is also agape love – which is the kind of love God has towards us. Agape love involves a decision, it is sacrificial and unconditional.

The word 'impossible' means it’s not able to occur, exist or be done. Jesus says the things that are unachievable by men are clearly achievable by God. For example, it is humanly impossible for:

A man or woman who is dead to come back to life for Hebrews 9:27 says "It is appointed unto man once to die and after this judgement."

God and My Potential by Pastor Akanimo Jacobs
When you come to the place of maximizing your potential, the first thing is that there must be a potential that you are already exhibiting. The first place you must go when you want maximize potential is finding out God's purpose for you. Ephesians 1:11 tells us that until you come face to face with God's purpose for your life, you cannot maximize your potential. Unless you get into the knowledge, understanding or appreciation of what God's will is for you as an individual, you cannot begin to maximize everything God has put inside of you. What relationship or idea are you carrying that is the key to the expectation of your heart or the future that you have dreamed of?

Don't Hide It by Pastor Jide Kolade
You don't have the power to generate anointing, but you have the power to protect it. Whenever God places an anointing on someone, it is for a specific task or purpose. God expects you to make use of that which He has given you. Why? Because destinies are attached to your potential. There are some people's salvation attached to your potential. Romans 8:19 [KJV] says "For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God." God has to settle you because others have to move forward. You are God's representative here on earth, hence, the need for you to maximize potential (John 14:12). I pray that God's investment upon your life will not be a waste in Jesus Name.

It Happened To Me 23 by Pastor Idowu Iluyomade

We’ve learnt over the weeks that wicked acts begets wicked results, and righteous acts begets righteous rewards. However, there are some exceptions to the rule; as sometimes, someone might receive the reward of the wicked even though he or she has not committed any wicked act. Also, it is possible to receive reward for a righteous act you don’t deserve. One of such circumstance is favour -  help rendered to you without recourse to what you have done wrong, omitted to do, or your qualification.
